Lodgify is an all-in-one PMS and channel manager for vacation rental hosts and property managers. It centralizes listings, bookings, distribution channels, payments, guest communication and direct bookings.

With its Ultimate plan, Lodgify provides native task management: automatic creation after checkout, assignment to a person or role, checklists, required photos and work approval.

With Calensi

Calensi does not replace Lodgify as a PMS. It uses Lodgify properties and bookings to orchestrate missions in a dedicated workspace: assignment rules, primary and backup Cleaners, escalations, validation and operational follow-up.

From the tool to the field

    Lodgify receives or updates a booking.

  2. 2

    The API sends Calensi the property, stay, times and available information.

  3. 3

    Calensi creates or recalculates the housekeeping mission between checkout and the next arrival.

  4. 4

    The Cleaner is assigned and notified; the host then follows acceptance, completion and validation.

Direct API

Unlike one iCal link per property, a single API key provides account-wide access and distinct bookings, even when stays are back-to-back.

What Calensi imports

Properties: name, address, coordinates, photo and available characteristics.

Bookings: arrival, departure, status, channel, guests and amount when supplied.

Cancellations and changes used to recalculate missions.

How updates arrive

Lodgify automatically notifies Calensi when bookings are created or changed. Periodic reconciliation catches any missed event.

Setup

    Generate a key in Settings → Public API.

    Connect Lodgify from Platforms in Calensi.

  3. 3

    Import the required properties or link existing ones.

  4. 4

    Start the initial booking import.

Good to know

The connection is currently read-only: Calensi does not yet modify Lodgify bookings or availability.
