2.5.1 Payment Mode Distinction

Calensi offers two payment management modes between hosts and agents:

Payment via Calensi (Stripe Connect)

When you choose to pay via Calensi, we act as a payment intermediary and collect:

  • Payment amounts between hosts and agents
  • Platform commissions
  • Payment statuses (pending, authorized, completed)
  • Transaction history
  • Stripe reference identifiers (without banking data)
Direct Management

When you choose direct management, you handle payments directly with your agents (cash, wire transfer, etc.). In this case:

  • Calensi does not collect or process any payment data
  • No commission is charged by the platform
  • Only agreed amounts are kept for statistical purposes
  • Calensi does not intervene in the payment relationship between host and agent

  • Login and activity logs
  • Preferences and settings
  • Platform navigation data

2.7 Payment data security

Les données financières (cartes bancaires, comptes bancaires, informations fiscales) ne sont jamais stockées dans nos serveurs. Elles sont exclusivement gérées par Stripe, notre partenaire de paiement certifié PCI DSS, garantissant la sécurité maximale de vos informations financières.

3. Processing purposes
